I like working with kids because they help me to be a better person, they remind me why it's important to chase my dreams and ambitions, and they teach me how to be a kind and reasonable leader. Also, they show me that most lessons in life can be learned through play, imagination, and creativity. I started working with kids officially when I was 16 and started consistently babysitting for a close family friend's 3-year-old boy. I also worked at the boys and girls club mostly with 5-6-year-olds. And I just finished working for three years as a nanny for kids who are currently 4 and 6. Growing up, my mom was a director of the boys girls club and It allowed me to learn how to take care of children of elementary school age and I believe that my job isn't just to watch the kids, it's to play and interact with them and encourage their creative minds. My top skill I think is keeping up with high energy kids!
