About Katie

Hi there! My name is Katie and I am a graduate from Auburn University in 2022. I started my nursing career in 2022 by working at UAB Hospital in the Emergency Department. I worked in the Emergency Department for over a year, and I now work at UAB St. Vincent's East in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. I have my Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification from working in critical care. I have experience babysitting children from 3 weeks old to 15 years old for almost a decade now. I have experience in the Special Needs population as well. I work some Sunday mornings in a nursery at Faith Presbyterian Church. I love doing anything that your child loves to do! Whether that be outside playing or inside engaging them. I also have been a house keeper for a family and love organization and keeping things tidy. Due to my full time RN position, I am looking for flexible days each week since my schedule changes every week. I look forward to meeting you and your kiddo(s)!
