About Katie

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, caring, and responsible. I like working with animals because it feels meaningful and rewarding to care for an animal that relies on us for safety, comfort, and compassion. I'm looking for a job where I can help pet owners get out of the house without worrying about their pets being at home alone or having them locked up in crates. I'm also happy to just simply take your pet out for a walk or to the park if it's just a matter of getting out of the house! I started working with animals when I was 14, I used to dog sit for multiple family members and some friends as well. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, go to the gym or go on walks, read, and spend time with my own dogs. One thing you should know about me is I work a set schedule at my main job every week so outside of work I am very flexible and you will always know when I'm available. My skills include being very patient as well as reliable and responsible with safety and care.
