About Katie

I am a Social Work major at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a passion for working with children and supporting their growth. Growing up with four younger siblings has given me experience caring for children of different ages and understanding their individual needs. I also have experience working with children with special needs, which has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to create a supportive environment. I love keeping kids engaged through crafts, outdoor activities, educational games, and creative play. I strive to make every child feel safe, supported, and valued while creating a fun and positive environment. My social work background has taught me the importance of meeting each child where they are and adapting to their unique needs. I look forward to helping your children learn, grow, and thrive!
