I'm currently studying Childhood Development at Cal State Long Beach, and I've been working with children-including those with special needs-for the past 4 years. I bring a lot of energy to every interaction and love engaging in physical play, whether that's running around outside, playing games, or getting creative indoors. I'm also a certified yoga teacher, which allows me to bring a calm and mindful presence when needed. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where your child can grow and thrive. Katie is such a wonderful babysitter! She is calm, patient and engaging. She helped my 18 month old daughter with vocabulary, singing songs, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities. Katie was helpful by preparing, serving and cleaning up meals, organizing toys, and folding/putting away laundry. She proactively inquired about my daughter’s state (I.e. teething, fussy, regression, etc.) so she could provide appropriate care. I highly recommend Katie for her excellent childcare services.
