About Katie

I'd love to laugh and play, do some housework, or help with homework! I'm bubbly, kind, patient, and love pets. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself! I am the oldest child of 7, so I cared for my siblings while my parents both worked full time. I took childcare classes, worked in a daycare, was a full time nanny, became a CNA, and to this day still LOVE taking care of others! Some quick facts: I'm happy to work anytime including holidays, weekends, and overnights / vacations. I have extensive experience in doing this. I will also bundle/discount my rate based on hours. I'm medically trained for infant, pediatric, pet, and adult CPR and BLS. I have experience with Montessori teaching, and certification in child development. I'd love to teach your little some basic sign language! I specialize in special needs. I will bring my own food, and more likely than not, some fun toys or art supplies for the kiddos! I love to sing silly songs and make crafts. Let's play!
