About Katie

While working as a Physical Therapy Technician, I gained valuable experience assisting elderly patients with mobility and daily movement tasks in a clinical setting. I regularly supported patients during transfers between different areas of the clinic, such as moving safely from wheelchairs to treatment tables and assisting them between therapy stations. Through this role, I developed strong patient-handling skills while prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity. Working closely with older adults also strengthened my communication, patience, and ability to provide supportive care to individuals with varying physical needs and mobility limitations.
