Hello! My name is Katie, I have been nannying since I was 17, and have worked in 2 daycare centers before as well as an autism clinic, so it's easy to say I enjoy working with kids. I am a part-time student, however all classes are online so I have an open schedule. Since moving back last July I have been with the same family, however it's now time for him to start Montessori so we unfortunately have to part ways in terms of a full time postition. My passion has always been to work with kids, I think it's the innocence and optimism they have on how they see life that's exciting and inspiring. I absolutely love animals, the outdoors, playing games, and just never taking life too seriously. I would love to add fun and structure to your kiddos lives while also making your lives as easy as I can. Katie was the perfect nanny for our little family. From meeting her and seeing how she carried herself to seeing her interact with my kids I knew she would be a great fit, and my mama intuition was 100% correct. Katie was not only enthusiastic and energetic, she was efficient and always checked in with me to see ways she could improve. She would send me pictures and updates throughout the day which to me was something I didn't even realize that was important but was so much appreciated. I have no bad things to say about Katie as a nanny, and definitely not as a person. We loved her so much and was so sad when she had to move away. Beyond all of this my kids adored her and she still keeps in touch, and the thing I loved most is that she made the nanny position more about building relationships and experiences for my kids and I, than it being about a job. We miss her dearly and she is one in a million and whoever gets her next is very lucky.
