About Katie

I like working with kids because I love to be able to provide a fun and positive influence whatever stage in their childhood they are. I am passionate about providing a positive environment for kids to grow in but more importantly have so much fun doing it! I'm looking for a few extra nights of work a week and really miss my nannying days so would love to get back into caring for kids! I started working with kids when I was 15 and have babysit on and off since (I'm 25) . When I was 23, I nannied 2-year-old twin girls for 3 months in a break between my summer job and returning to Jackson for the winter. In my spare time, I like to ski, hike, run, ski, build Legos, watch movies with my roommates, tan, and swim! One thing you should know about me is that I was a psych major in college and had focus on child and adolescent development which I feel has made me have a better understanding of where kids are at with different ages.
