About Katie

Hello, my name is Katie and I am 32 years old. I currently work as a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. In addition to my work in pediatric therapy, I also serve as a Respite Provider for families across San Diego, supporting children with a variety of diagnoses and unique needs. I have 15 years of experience working with children ranging in age from infancy to high school. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and Safety Care and bring both professional expertise and a nurturing, patient approach to every child I work with. I am currently between job positions and only have 2-3 weeks available to provide full time care, offering families consistent, safe, and engaging support during this time. I am hoping to provide temporary support for families that are in immediate need while they continue to find a long term provider since my availability is short term.
