About Katie

I have been in the geriatric field for about 6 yrs I am CPR certified through SPS. I specialize in dementia and memory care residents. It's my passion. I have strength, patience, and heart for what I do. I am looking forward to meeting you and your loved one. I know that one day I'll be a senior and hope that if my children are not able to care for me, they find someone with my passion to help care for me. Let me be the one to help with your small household chores, bathing needs, small meals. I also have my N. C med tech license. In my spare time, I like to spend it with my grandchildren. One is nonverbal autistic and he is a little roadrunner! I love going to the beach in the summer and mountains in the fall. Those are my relaxing times. I love the nature. I am one that will stop and smell the flowers no matter how late I am. The world moves at a fast pace, but we as humans need to slow down and enjoy the time we have because our time here on earth comes and goes way too fast
