About Katie

Hello! I'm Ms. Katie! I've been working with children for over 20 years in many different capacities and as a nanny specifically for 10 years. I am a student working to transfer to UF for pediatric occupational therapy or pediatric speech therapy. I have extensive full-time nanny experience with newborns, babies, and toddlers, and love my little elementary schoolers as well. I have the same goal for all: to help your child grow into independent, inquisitive, intelligent little humans ready for preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school. I also have experience with children who are on the autism spectrum, are non-verbal, have ADHD, and with Down syndrome. I am more than happy to meet with families with special needs to see if it is a good fit. I have volunteered in two special education classrooms and a general kindergarten classroom and taken education course work as well.
