About Katie

Hi! My name is Katie, and I grew up on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York. I'm currently a junior at Wake Forest University majoring in Economics. Go Deacs! During the summertime, I'm usually in Point Pleasant, NJ, but I also offer babysitting services in both NYC and NJ. Please note that I will be unavailable for the month of July due to an internship. \n\nThroughout middle and high school, I was a part time sitter for 2 children (ages 1-12). A typical day includes picking them up from school, bring them home to start homework, read stories, play games, prepare dinner, tuck them into bed, and clean up common areas before their parents come home. I also volunteered a few times a week at a daycare for underprivileged children. This fostered a unique friendship with not only the children, but families too. \n\nMy friendly and bubbly personality keeps children happy, and seeing a smile on their face makes me the happiest!
