About Katie

Nurturing young minds is my greatest passion. For seven years, I've dedicated myself to providing enriching care for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens and beyond. I hold a college degree and have completed Early Child Development coursework. I have also been a certified PreK teacher for 4 years. My approach is rooted in patience and creativity, engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for multiple children of various ages. I follow each family's established household rules and communication preferences. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR. I am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. Knowing I can positively impact a child's life brings me immense joy, and I look forward to potentially sharing that joy with your family.
