About Katie

I am a stay at home mom to my 6-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son. Currently, I nanny a 3-year-old girl Mon-Thur in my SW Redmond home but she will be starting Montessori school this summer. I am looking to add another to our family! The girl I watch now is completely a part of my family. I am an outdoor person and my kids and I need to be moving and adventuring. Lots of outings, parks, and play dates. I have a lot of friends with kids toddler age. I'm very big into play and social emotional learning but also love a good educational opportunity. Before I had my daughter I was a kindergarten teacher for 3 years and a middle school teacher for 2 years. Before I was a teacher I was a nanny and worked at a daycare. I am looking to watch a child in my home. They would be driving with me to outings and school pick ups. I drive a 2022 MazdaCX9 that has a back row and I have extra car seats. I have lots of experience and I'm very reliable. I also have local references!
