About Katie

Hi, I'm Katie and I would be honored to support you and your family as a doula or to provide respite care and companion care during times of transition or difficulty. In between nannies or stuck in a bind - feel free to reach out as I'm happy to help you find long term care too! Caring for people, including families and children, has been a huge part of my life and career! After 18yr+ as registered dietitian, educator and chef, I transitioned my career to doula work and love supporting parents through the postpartum period and beyond. As a social emotional learning specialist, helping people calm, connect and care for themselves, even children, is something I love to do. I also love art, outdoor time, a good dance party and having fun with all age groups. I will honor the decisions that you feel are right for your family!
