About Katie

Hi! My name is Katie. I am a caring, reliable, and experienced childcare provider with over 8 years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and older children. I have cared for infants as young as 11 weeks old and have experience as a lead teacher in daycare and preschool settings as well as a nanny. I have a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Eastern Michigan University, an Associate degree in Child Development, and a CDA credential. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I speak English, Persian, Turkish, and German. I have reliable transportation and am comfortable with pets. I am patient, trustworthy, and safety-focused. I enjoy reading, age-appropriate activities, cooking, and baking with children. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and fun environment where children can learn and grow.
