About Katie

Hi! I'm a certified Early Childhood Educator with 12 years of professional childcare experience. I've worked with children from infancy through age 15 and have experience supporting children through all different ages, stages, and developmental needs. I currently work full-time as a preschool teacher, but I'm looking to transition into a part-time childcare position that will allow me to spend more time at home with my 6-month-old while continuing to do work that I genuinely love. I enjoy creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment where kids can play, explore, learn, and be themselves. I'm patient, playful, dependable, and very comfortable jumping into the everyday rhythms of family life. I'm hoping to find a family who is looking for consistent, part-time care and would love to connect and learn more about your family and what you're looking for!
