Hi! I'm Katie. I've been babysitting since I was 12 years old, and I've spent the past few years working professionally with kids in various positions. I am currently pursuing my MSW to become an adolescent therapist, and in my previous field placement I provided counseling and case management for children across NYC. Prior to this, I've taught social and living skills to neurodivergent children/teens (primarily those on the autism spectrum), and supported teens on a chat-based platform for emotional support. I love to blend social/emotional learning with creating the most fun, enriching environment for kiddos (hosting lemonade stands, playing imaginary child-led games-you name it!). I am the biggest fan of anything creative or active and I always advocate for time away from screens.
