About Katie

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of working with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My background as a Certified Nursing Assistant has provided me with invaluable experience in providing attentive care, and I am also trained in CPR. I believe in creating a stimulating and safe environment where children can learn and grow through play. I'm patient, creative, and approachable. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and always respect their preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. Ultimately, I became a caregiver to support families and be a reliable resource for them.
