About Katia

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my 10 years of experience as a Certified teacher. I hold a graduate degree and specialize in creating Individualized Education Programs (IEP) to ensure every learner receives tailored support. By utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and collaborative discussions, I adapt my methods to match your child's unique learning style. I maintain engagement by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement, which builds the confidence necessary to master new skills. I believe open communication creates a trusting partnership between us. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I am ready to support your student in math, science, English, or study skills. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they overcome challenges is truly the most rewarding part of my work, and I look forward to helping your child thrive.
