About Shannon

Hi parents! My name is Shannon and I'm a 25-year-old caregiver. I am currently pursuing my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling. While completing my master's program, I am seeking a full time, long term nanny position where I can build a trusting and supportive relationship with your family. I bring over six years of hands on experience caring for children, including extensive experience with newborns through my professional work, as well as babysitting children ages 1-6. I was also a nursing assistant on a postpartum floor for 7 years up until my move to Texas. I have reliable transportation and am available for school pick-ups and drop- offs. I'm very active and LOVE spending time outdoors, and enjoy planning engaging, age-appropriate activities. I am happy to assist with light meal prep and child-related cleaning. I'm comfortable around pets, I am a big lover of animals! I would love the opportunity to meet you and learn more about your family's needs.
