About Kathy

Kathy was hired to care for my elderly father, and I cannot sing her enough praise. She always arrived on time, was neat and clean in her personal appearance, and completed her assigned tasks within the expected timeframe. All her required duties were performed competently, adhering to safety guidelines, and seeking clarification when needed. I respected the fact that Kathy took the initiative to share her observations with nurses and our family members, fostering trust and collaboration. I found her to be empathetic and patient. Even on days when my dad was a bit difficult, she was able to anticipate his needs and her jovial charismatic personality helped lift his spirit most days, as she made him feel respected, valued, and comfortable. Kathy was truly a pleasure to have around, and I knew that my dad was always in safe, capable hands. I felt at peace knowing that my dad received excellent care right up to the day that he passed away. I would recommend Kathy to anyone seeking a reliable caring individual to entrust their loved one to. I must also add that she always communicated any schedule changes well in advance so as not to leave me stuck at the last minute.
