I have worked professionally in childcare for the past 6. 5 years! I have worked with children 3 months- 12 years and have many certifications ranging from First aid/CPR to being able to run a center! My responsibilities at the center include: writing/teaching curriculum, monitoring social/emotional/cognitive growth, potty training and most importantly caring for and loving the kiddos, etc !! I have 3 younger siblings who I have taken care of my whole life. I don't mind housekeeping duties, I actually enjoy tidying up, cooking, laundry , etc. in addition, I took on some tutoring experience at the beginning of covid with the online learning experience, which included keeping the child organized and up to date on school work as well as helping to navigate the online learning portion. Reagan has a kind spirit and a gentle personality. We interviewed once via video and another in person. She was knowledgeable and genuine about her experience with children. Her references spoke highly of her dedication and love for her job. My daughter is a pandemic baby but showed interest in Reagan right away. Reagan did not force the interaction she allowed things to fall naturally. As a first time parent it's always a hard decision to make regarding the provisions for your child. Reagan was great at making us feel heard and validated our feelings with this new experience. We are looking forward to working with her!
