10 years of experience have fueled my passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being. Positive experiences in previous care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred communication methods. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I provide respite care, transportation, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
