About Kathy

Hi - I am an educator certified to teach preschool through middle school as well as special education Infant-Adult. I have spent the past 22 years working with children of all ages; as a middle school teacher, a teacher of all grades between K-5, and with newborn infants and up. Currently, I am looking for some opportunities to work with children of all ages. I love being with children and love engaging them and enriching their experiences. My own children are grown so I am looking for opportunities to take children to museums, zoos, libraries, swimming, movies, camp, whatever you need. I can read to, tutor, or provide enjoyable learning activities as well as play with them, the most important form of learning. In addition to my comfort level and experience with children, I am extremely comfortable with pets as well since I have a dog and cat of my own, not to mention an aquarium full of fish.
