I have loved & cared for dogs & cats for over 40 years. At 13, I hand raised a 2-week-old kitten that was abandoned by his mom & he lived to 23! I have experience with different situations like raising active large breed dogs, training puppies & managing illness. My 3rd dog, Daisy, became paraplegic at the age of 8, but lived 6 more years because of my diligent care. I rescued two litters of feral cats from my alley & found them homes. I saved two 1-month-old pits from a homeless situation, seeing them through the end with hospice type care when they got cancer. So I'm very comfortable with special needs like toileting/diapers, meds, & senior care. Through fostering, I've gained experience with many different breeds & temperaments. So I have been a passionate dog & cat lover my whole life! I take their individual needs to heart & always want to provide whatever is needed. I would send you updates & pictures.
