Previous experiences in care roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and approachable. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, assist with medical management, and offer mobility assistance. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I understand the importance of knowing each person's preferences and history. I provide verbal updates during visits, and follow each family's preferred communication method. I am also trained in CPR. My high school education provided a solid foundation for my career.
