Hello! My name is Katie and I'm a LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Worker) as well and single Mom. I have one child with special needs, including an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis. After graduating with my Masters degree in 2017 from KU, I worked in Special Education for 7 years in the Olathe school district. In my next role, I served a a Clinician/Therapist at Johnson County Mental Health, and served as the only Clinician who served only clients with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (children and adults).
