We highly recommend Kathy as a caregiver. Kathy was with my mother for almost 3 years. My mother had Alzheimer's and orthopedic problems. She was frustrated with her condition and had difficulties with speech. She could be very challenging to care for. Kathy met her needs and supported her quality of life as much as she could. I lived with my mom during her last 14 months of life and Kathy was an indispensable support for us. We had a good rapport and I knew my mom was safe with Kathy when I was out of the house. Kathy strove to keep things cheerful as she helped my mom participate in all the things that were important to her: cooking, dressing up, socializing, going to the library, listening to music, eating well, exercising and walking… Kathy made sure she got her meds, helped her bathe and dress, helped with her schedule, took her to many appointments and shopped for her. Kathy also helped us care for my mother's little dog and adopted him after she died. A very happy outcome for everyone. Robyn B
