About Kathryn

Hi! My name is Kathryn and I'm so excited to work with you and your family! I am born and raised in New York, and am currently living in uptown Manhattan. I am a graduate of Cornell University and am finishing my master's degree in education at CUNY Hunter College. When I am not babysitting and tutoring, I am a teacher in NYCPS. I have 1. 5 years of experience teaching in schools and over 3 years of experience in caregiving. I would love to support your children with their school endeavors. I tutor and am experienced in homework help, SHSAT prep, SAT/ACT prep, and college application prep. I would describe myself as caring, reliable, hardworking, and outgoing. I love spending time with young people and developing positive relationships that will help them throughout their lives.
