I'm an experienced special needs caregiver with a Master's degree and 15+ years supporting children, teens, and young adults with autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, speech/language challenges, and behavioral needs. I'm trained in ABA but take a flexible, relationship-first approach that's neurodiversity-affirming and child-led. I've worked with clients from ages 1 to 21, supporting emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-advocacy. I collaborate well with care teams, and I'm also available for one-on-one mentoring with older neurodivergent teens or young adults navigating independence or big transitions. I'm comfortable supporting clients at home or out in the community - whether it's running errands, attending activities, or practicing real-world skills.
