About Kathryn

Hi! My name is Kathryn O. and I would love to be a caregiver for you or your loved one! I have a 12+ year history as a Registered Nurse, most of which was completed at a large hospital. I was a night shift Charge Nurse on the Neuroscience unit, which was also a Certified Stroke Unit. I loved caring for my patients and getting to see their progress, as well as getting to know them and their families. I have experience caring for patients dealing with stroke, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries; basically any illness dealing with the brain or spine. Two of my grandparents also suffered from Alzheimer's and dementia so I personally understand as well. I just love working with the elderly also. I can help with everyday activities such as helping with bathing, dressing, light cooking, mobility, or simply providing companionship. I feel very passionately about being a caregiver.
