About Kathryn

My journey in caregiving began in 2007 after I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation. I have spent the last two decades dedicated to fostering the development of children and young adults. My professional background includes: working as a live-in aide for individuals with special needs, soccer coach (7 years), lead teacher of a 1-2-year-old class (4 years) and serving as a teaching assistant for grades 2-5 (4 years). I bring a calm, patient, and creative approach to each environment I serve. I just moved from Georgia a few months ago (May 2026) where I served as a nanny for a family with two young boys for the past 3+ years. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, and pet care as well.
