About Kathryn

Kathryn has been in my employ for over 1 1/2 years in the position of Nanny and Certified Care Provider. My child has special needs and Kathryn is comfortable and completely capable of caring our child. Kathryn has been an outstanding employee. She is a person of integrity and great kindness. Kathryn has shown a compassion and maturity for caring for children. Kathryn manages her schedule well and displays a remarkable responsibility and a high level of organization. She has been an exemplary employee, showing initiative, flexibility, deep work ethic and strong values. She has taken on roles of responsibility that include, but are not limited to, training new nannies, health care following and/or during health crisis episodes, housekeeping duties, and overnight duties to provide much needed respite to our family. We are privileged to have her as Nanny and Care Provider. Kathryn has a calm disposition at all times, even under stress, and has a unique empathy with children. Even in the most trying of circumstances, I never once observed Kathryn lose patience or composure. She has been loving and capable with my child from the start of her employment. She has become a true member of our family, and while we will miss her terribly, we are delighted to see her move on to the next phase of her career.
