About Kathryn

As a caring and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. With over five years of experience, I provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. I'm currently working as a Barton reading and spelling tutor for children with dyslexia, and love working with my students! My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and respectful environment. I enjoy a variety of games and activities with children, including board games and games that encourage learning. I recently attained a college degree in Human Development and Family Studies and am First Aid trained. I'm also willing to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
