About Kathryn

Hello! My name is Kathryn! I am 26 years old and graduated from Miami University with a bachelors in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Currently I live in Brooklyn, with the goal of pursing a masters degree in Art Therapy. I am looking for work that aligns with my educational background and previous work experience in child care. My experience ranges from nannying, substitute teaching from grades K-12, and being an art teacher for elementary school children. I pride myself on creating a positive and safe environment where children can thrive and feel comfortable communicating their wants and needs. Additionally, I like to make space for children to express themselves creatively and engage in hands-on activities that are geared toward learning and of course fun! I can fulfill responsibilities like housekeeping, laundry, homework help, bed time routines, and meal preparation. I'm looking forward to meeting your family and seeing if we are a good fit for each other!
