About Kathryn

Being the oldest of five, I have been around children my whole life. I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember and have always loved kids. In high school, I was a counselor at a summer camp for elementary children ages 5-8. After two years as a counselor, I was promoted to assistant manager. In 2017, I was a part-time nanny for a family with two adorable children, ages 3 and 8 in Burlington, Vermont. My responsibilities varied from picking up/dropping them off at school or getting them ready for school in the am or bed at night, as well as some light cooking. While in Boston, I nannied for a family of two (5 yo & 1 yo), and was also employed as an afterschool teacher at the German International School of Boston for children 3-6. Most recently, I was working as an assistant teacher at a German preschool in NYC. Due to the pandemic, however, I have moved back home to Hinesburg, Vermont and have a flexible schedule.
