About Kathryn

Hi! My name is Kathryn, and I'm a 19-year-old college graduate with a strong passion for working with children ages 4+. I have hands-on experience as a Kids & Teen College Counselor at the College of Southern Maryland, where I supervised children in classroom settings, guided them through daily activities including lunch, and helped resolve conflicts with care and patience. I'm trained in following safety protocols related to allergies, medications, and dietary needs, ensuring every child is cared for in a safe and supportive environment. I'm currently seeking caregiver and tutoring opportunities where I can continue building my skills in child development and education. My long-term goal is to become a substitute or elementary school teacher, and I'm excited to support each child's unique needs and learning style along the way.
