I hired Kathryn as a weekend nanny for my 2-year-old son five months ago, and she has been absolutely wonderful! Since I’m at home while she is here, I see firsthand how she spends her time with my son. Kathryn is full of energy, which is exactly what my son needs. She spends time with my son going over letters and numbers, reading books, doing crafts, singing songs, playing with toys, and going on walks – never any screen time, at my request. She often prepares craft materials ahead of time, showing how much she cares about making her time here meaningful. She also reinforces good manners, uses positive discipline, and shares feedback on what went well and what didn’t go so well at the end of each visit, which I appreciate. My son adores her and we look forward to seeing her every week!
