Hi, I'm Kathy, a natural caretaker with decades of experience supporting others through all stages of life. I'm a former LPN with a long history of providing compassionate, steady support to seniors and families alike. I cared for both of my parents and my spouse's parents during the later chapters of their lives, and over the years have been a trusted helper for many friends, neighbors, and loved ones in need of companionship, medication reminders, meal prep, errands, or just a steady presence. Caregiving is something that comes naturally to me, it's how I show love. I'm dependable, warm, and deeply intuitive, often anticipating what's needed before being asked. While I'm no longer able to assist with heavy lifting or mobility transfers, I'm comfortable with just about everything else and always approach care with respect, dignity, and a calming presence.
