About Kathryn

As you can see, I have no official training in caring for the elderly specifically but I do have experience in caring for adults with disabilities aka: Down syndrome, severe autism, etc. So I do have experience with administering medications, helping with showering/hygiene, assisting in accomplishing daily activities, helping with challenging behaviors, etc. I am also a Mother to 5 children which has taught me a significant amount of skills ranging from: food prep, cooking, cleaning, organization skills, dealing and coping with big emotions regularly, ability to multi task, etc. I also do have a perfect driving record and am CPR certified. I am happy to answer any and all questions you might have for me!
