About Kathryn

My grandmother, who is 88 years old, recently moved in with my mother here in Gainesville. She has dementia, and is having a very hard time adjusting to being dependent on others. I have been a constant support for her, trying to make her laugh, getting her to eat, reminding her to take her medicine, going on walks with her, reminding her to walk with her cane, and taking her for doctors visits. It has been very rewarding for me. It is so wonderful to see her smile, and I love being able to create memories with her in these last stages of her life. I would love to help other seniors do the things they need to get done, and have fun while doing these things. I like to bring joy and laughter in a situation where it is so crucial to enjoy every moment. I would love to meet with you and find out if I could help.
