Hello, my name is Kathlen. I am a responsible, trustworthy, and highly dedicated caregiver with experience caring for children ranging from 2 months to 10 years of age. I take my work very seriously and always strive to provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where children feel protected and supported. I enjoy engaging children in meaningful activities, such as reading, educational play, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and age-appropriate learning games. I believe in the importance of limiting screen time and fostering independence, creativity, and the establishment of good routines. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children, and I am comfortable adapting to each family's specific schedules, routines, and parenting styles. I have also had the opportunity to work with a child on the autism spectrum-an experience that helped me develop great patience, attentiveness, and adaptability.
