About Kathlena

I am a New Jersey and New York certified teacher of Special Education and English. I have been employed in the area of Special Education for 17 years. I have worked with students of varying levels of ability. I currently teach a transition/life skills classroom at a private school. In addition, I have been employed as an academic remediation contractor for eight years. I am a mom of three successful, adult daughters and two granddaughters. I am compassionate and kind, and I find it extremely rewarding to work with children and adolescents and have a positive impact on the lives of today's children.
