Kathleen is truly one of a kind. Our 14-month-old had intense separation anxiety and wouldn’t go to anyone — until Kathleen. She approached every day with patience, love, and the calm confidence that only comes from real experience. Our daughter lit up around her, and I could see the trust between them grow quickly. Kathleen came prepared with age-appropriate toys, sensory activities, and always cleaned up while the baby napped. She also won over my older daughter, who adored her just as much. She's respectful, thoughtful, reliable, and has such a warm, nurturing presence. The only reason we’re not continuing with her is because our baby got into a school we’ve been waitlisted for — otherwise, we’d keep her with us in a heartbeat. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her!
