About Kathleen

Hi! My name is Kathleen. I am a 54-year-old, retired flight attendant. I worked a lot of jobs prior to my career. By far the most rewarding and important job was taking care of children. I would very much like to get back to that. I had the privilege of working for three families over a period of three years. The children I tended to ranged from newborn to high school senior. Each child was fun and challenging in their own way. My duties included cooking, driving, shopping, activities, caring for pets and light housekeeping. But the best part was developing a loving and trusting relationship with each child, spending time, listening, and being attentive to both their physical and emotional needs. I also enjoyed working with their parents, supporting them in any way they needed, respecting their rules, boundaries and goals for the children. Letters of recommendation are available upon request.
