I love all animals big and small, but dogs are my heart!! I am an avid volunteer at the Wake County Animal Center and love walking the dogs a few days a week. I go to love on the dogs, get them outside to run around and enjoy the sunshine and in turn they provide my heart with joy! When I was 8 years old my parents took me downstairs for a special Christmas present. My mom later shared her dismay as I never opened a present that day. I sat in the box with Spotty my new Dalmatian puppy all day! I am optimistic, enthusiastic and empathetic.
