Kathleen has been employed by our family for 7 years to care for my 102-year-old mother-in-law. Her knowledge and compassion for caring for her is exemplary.  Kathy is always on time and performs way beyond the call of duty.  I wish we could Clone Kathy. She is very kind and professional always.

Its been almost a year since Kathy became part of our family beginning March 2023.  I needed help caring for my mom with moderate/advanced Alzheimer’s.  Kathy took care of my mom so I can get a break and do things I’ve been putting off.  Kathy continued the activities I started with my mom- reading, writing, memory exercises, binggo, light physical exercise.  She would help my mom feed when my mom is not able to do it, take my mom to bathroom and help wash and change.  Kathy is reliable (always makes it in) and flexible with her schedule.  Kathy went above and beyond caring for my mom by helping me out when my dad (who I was also caring for) fell and ended up in the hospital.  For 3weeks I had to leave the house, my dogs and my mom with Kathy so I can visit and advocate for my dad everyday.  Kathy jumped in and openly helped me and my parents out.  That’s priceless!!!  Kathy is a god-send.  Her next client(s) will be fortunate to have her.  I wish we can take her to California with us.  It’s time to move my parents back to California closer to my sisters and their grandkids.  We will truly miss her. 😢.  Thank you sooo much Kathy ❤️🙏.


Kathy is phenomenal.  She has taken part-time care of our mother and has far exceeded our expectations.  Our mom is not the easiest individual to care for and Kathy stuck with her and provided loving care.  She was able to set limits in a caring and respectful manner.  Kathy is knowledgeable and really has a heart for the elderly.  If our mom's living situation hadn't changed Kathy would still be caring for her.

Excellent and professional. Confident in a serious fashion. She is a hard worker that is easy to work with and steps up to take on more responsibility when I get into a pinch. I am luck to have found her and feel 100% safe leaving my dad with her. Her manner is calming and she finds humor to share with my father instead of treating him like child.

Kathy's strengths as a CNA have been exceptionally helpful as she has been extremely efficient and pro-active in taking care of our loved one's ADLs as well as preparing nutritious meals.

As we had never sought professional caregiving before, Kathy's experience, honesty, and dependability quickly assuaged any concerns and we have been more than pleased to have had her as part of our  team.

She was part of a round the clock team that took care of my parents.   My mother had a stoke and was confined to a wheel chair, while my father had dementia and a bad heart.  Normally, one care giver was always present.  Since we live far from my parents, we depended on Kathleen to oversee that someone would be there and also to provide us with information on how well the situation was going.  We were in contact by telephone on a regular basis and either my sister or I would come down almost every month.   As my parents health deteriorated, it became difficult for one person to provide care for both of them  in a way that allowed them to go out and enjoy themselves  At that point we felt it would be better to move them into a nursing home near where we lived.  We did it and  no longer required the services of Kathleen or the other care givers.  
Kathleen had worked for us for over 5 years.  During that time we were very satisfied with the care she provided our parents.  We felt she enjoyed the work and cared for our parents well being.  The fact that she could oversee the work schedule for the 2 or 3 other care givers made the long distance situation possible.  She made sure that a caregiver would also be present by finding someone to fill in, even if she had to work a double shift.   I would not hesitate to employ her again if a similar need arose.

She was a wonderful caregiver for my adult brother who had cerebral palsy with epileptic type seizures. She is competent, professional, caring and very astute at patient assessment and providing the correct care. She is reliable, trustworthy and a wonderful caregiver. She is very good at handling all situations with a calm demeanor and gets everything handled in such an effortless way. It is very comforting for the family to have her on a case.

Kathy provided exceptional care for my mother and step-father for 11 years. Because we live in Ohio we needed someone who could manage a team of health aides on a 24/7 basis. Kathy was totally responsible for daily personal care, medications, finances, hospital trips in emergencies and follow-up infusions, and coverage management. Both my mother and step-father desired to remain in Florida rather than moving back to Ohio to be cared for by family.  Therefore, we needed someone to be in charge of their well being in our absence. Kathy communicated with us faithfully. We were extremely lucky to have found someone so caring, intelligent and experienced!  Now that both of my parents have passed, we miss her!
