Katie was amazing with my daughter (and my parents!) - sweet, patient, playful and respectful. We were on a family vacation with three generations, a lot to navigate, and Katie jumped right in and try supported us in enjoying the special time together. Given various health and physical challenges on our end, we could not have managed the week without Katie’s grace, expertise and kindness.
